EZ-BIST Lite provides memory test algorithm selection for first-time users, enabling MCU chip suppliers to complete memory test circuit development in a short time. With the license fee-free licensing model of EZ-BIST Lite, MCU customers can easily integrate this cost-effective tool and accelerate chip production. The royalty will be charged when customers adopt EZ-BIST Lite for chip mass production.
