iSTART-TEK has established a code of corporate governance practice to safeguard shareholders’ rights, enhance the responsibilities of the Board of Directors, prioritize stakeholders’ interests, and increase transparency in information dissemination and regulatory compliance.
In addition to adhering to the Company Act, Securities and Exchange Act, and other relevant laws in Taiwan, iSTART TEK has established “Corporate Governance Practical Principles”. These principals emphasize “the principle of management integrity”, “operating procedures and critical control points to prevent insider trading”, and overall “policy in CSR” as the basis for an effective corporate governance structure.
