Through patented SRAM repair technologies, iSTART-TEK’s START tool helps improve chip yield, while EZ-BIST fully meets consumer chip DPPM control requirements. Furthermore, the patented TEC (Testing Element Change) functionality enables chip developers to modify SRAM test algorithms via the JTAG interface after the CP stage, achieving optimal DPPM control.
Recently, iSTART-TEK’s products have also been applied to the NPU field. Looking ahead, we expect more AI-related chips to adopt iSTART-TEK’s memory testing and repair solutions.
