Front-End Service

iSTART-TEK provides Front-End service tailored to customer needs, including system specification, architecture design, function/logic design, circuit design and design verification.

Back-End Service

The Back-End Service covers design processes including Automatic Placement & Routing(APR), SRAM BIST/BISR, scan chain insertion, Logic BIST, and Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG). Upon completion, iSTART-TEK delivers GDSII files to customer for subsequent manufacturing and testing.

Turnkey Service

Turnkey Service covering MPW, full mask tape out, foundry fabrication, as well as assembly and testing development.
