NVM Sharing for Memory Repairing

If users adopt hardware repair in their SoC design, not all memories will fail simultaneously. To reduce design cost, users do not need to reserve NVM storage for all repair information.

Users can specify either the minimum number of memory faults that need to be repaired or the maximum amount of NVM storage used to store failure information. iSTART-TEK’s tool will then determine the repair strategy accordingly.
